I honestly wouldn’t know where to start this weekend has been ace! And as per usual my happiness has been based around the recent success of the JETS in the cheerleading world. 1st, 3rd, & 7th…after seeing the standard of our rival squads it’s clear we’ve got alot of work to do over 5 weeks before nationals. However, I have never been so proud of every sngle member of that squad (especially c, who without him I know we wouldn’t have been able to perform to the standard we did), such a fun day!
The success of the extremely long and knackering day, was followed by an epic evening, incuding champagne thanks to the lovely charlie, manic dancing, shananighans in the local takeaway and an entertaining walk home quickly followed by an eventful liason with mr marples in the kitchen in his TIGHT underwear!
Work sunday morning was rubbish, but if anything my hangover was just evidence of my epic saturday! Due to our busy saturday and lack of time off, myself and C chose to give over the top genstures a miss this valentines…some how that made it even more special. Just chilling out with a film and a roast was a perfect end to my evening and reminded me how lucky I am to have him, mushy I know but it really was lovely. I couldn’t tell you why exactly, it just was!
